Rocket League - Friends List Persistent Tabs UX and Clubs Tab Icon

This was a small UX update I worked on for the Clubs feature in Rocket League. This was updating the Friends List to have a persistent Clubs tab (not dynamic.) And focused on how that would look at function. Also created the Clubs Friends List icon.
